Cassidy Jean Kristiansen is a wedding and lifestyle photographer based out of New York City. At fifteen, she photographed her first wedding, a year shy of being able to have her driver’s permit where her dad dutifully drove her to each location. To pursue this life-long passion, Cassidy went on to study at Hallmark Institute of Photography where she graduated in 2012 with the award for top portfolio. Currently, she is attending the Fashion Institute of Technology to stay on top of the latest trends within the wedding and photography industry.
For the past 14+ years, Cassidy’s been honing in her documentarian style to become a blend of real, visually stunning moments and stylistic portraiture. Her home can be found lined with old maps and globes containing countries no longer in existence, her quest to see the world and everything it has to offer has aided to provide her with a broader perspective on the nuances of many different styles of love and celebration.

What is it, your first wedding or something? Only kidding, I absolutely love to help with wedding related questions, big or small. I’ve photographed enough now to have a pretty good idea of what you’ll ask, so ask away. No question is dumb, considering it may very well be your first wedding (and if it isn’t, I’ll still have about 300+ weddings on you so it’s okay)
